The second set was a little more unpredictable and featured multiple service breaks. David served for the match at 6-5 in the second set, but failed to finish it off, but won convincingly in the tie-break.
Now David will meet Jurgen Melzer in the next round. This will be a different match-up and challenge as Melzer likes to take the ball incredibly early, hit big shots and sneak to the net. He also has a rather good serve, so the battle between his serve and David's return should be interesting. David will have to be moving well, since Melzer is the kind of player to take his opponents by surprise. But he is also not very consistent...

They did some interesting poses with variety for Koubek. Hope they update that lousy set soon....they usually keep adding photos for about 10 hours. "A Day Life" is pretty much following suit with the Getty backhand photos.
Do you get photos off both "A Day Life" and Gettyimages.com? Getty usually keeps adding photos (sometimes randomly mixed in on the 2nd page of page of photos) for about 5-10 hours after a match; these are the ones "A Day Life" often misses.
Tim, I had a look at both A Day Life and Getty Images and they both only have backhand pictures, though A Day Life has just been taking them off Getty. I guess it's just weird more than anything else, like they had some kind of fixation with that shot and nothing else (which I have to admit is somewhat understandable!).

This is the one match they didn't televise anywhere; so no screenshot pics either. :( It makes you realize the power of the big media companies that we can get photos from his exhos and match streams too, but were helpless when he plays his first winning match in a Masters 1000 tourney. Crazy! Sky Sports declares on their web page that they will televise on Saturday and that Saturday is "Day #1" for Indian Wells. That kind of explains everything. ;)

According to some newspapers in Argentina, David felt some pain during the match BUT NOTHING SERIOUS. (his right leg) This was in Clarin today for example. But in other papers? Nothing about that.
Thanks for the update, Krystle. Anna, that is a little worrying to hear - though maybe it is only to be expected. I'm afraid the match with Melzer is going to be tough though, he is a good player and has really been in form recently.
On the subject of the photos - a few minutes before reading this I had an email alert from Zimbio with six pictures of David. The main thing I thought was - no variety at all, that's surprising and a little disappointing. Then I came on here, saw the same pictures and people's comments! lol.
Tim, I saw the Sky Sports schedule too. Looks like you have to register on that site. Fromsport.com also has coverage today. Davydenko v Gulbis is on now. Hope they think David is important enough to have his match on tomorrow.

Did you have success with Jaksta today? It is the only recorder that worked for me today amd the only decent streams I got were off Justin.tv. :( Very frustrated!
All the streams I could get today were mostly from vshare, and neither WMR nor RMC could get more than 20 seconds without timing out...plus all the darn adware on those streams that keeps popping up.... Atdhe.net was using Justin.tv instead of UStream and didn't give a choice. FromSport was all vshare and Live Scorehunter was mostly vshare and justin.tv with one UStream that worked the best but couldn't keep a connection for me. I'm going to try Ustream.net web site tomorrow, but yeah, Sky Sports requires one to register, which I did, and then you have to pay them money to get their live feeds, which I really don't want to have to do.
So Jaksta was the recorder I used. It does a good job, but nothing on the level of the vids Andvari gets off Bet365 or the Bball game I got with WMR the other day. If there was just some way to get the Bet365or the Sky Sports stream....
Andvari, any tips are welcome... I'm banging my head against the wall. If I can get a justin.tv feed for David's match on Court 3, Jaksta will do the job, but it isn't going to be up to your vid standards. I thought I was home free when I did the test on Friday, but none of the streams cooperated today. lol
This is ridiculous: If anyone wants a copy of the Challenger tournaments playing off Livescorehunter in Morocco and Sarajevo, I can GET those dammmn matches fine with this software. For some reason, the Masters tourney throws out junk streams that are not downloadable, but I can get the Challenger tourneysl Unbelievable! lol
Admittedly I didn't really try Jaksta or any recordings to see if it would work. I was just planning on using Replay Media Catcher for Bet365, even though Bet365 is a little bit inconsistent for me. I don't think I will be able to record it either way tomorrow though I will try (as in start recording the first match of the day then continue recording).
If you want Tim, I've got Replay Media Capture which records what is being played on your computer screen. I am not sure if this is good for uploading because you'd have to adjust the encoding rather than it recording off the quality that it is being streamed at, but obviously it is a little more reliable.

I've got Replay Media Catcher 3.11 and WM Recorder 14.1. In message above "RMC" is Replay Media Catcher. Both of those two rtmp downloaders failed on me on every stream I tried yesterday. I recorded the Querrey/Chardy and Nole/Fish matches on Jaksta because it was the only thing I could get to work, and Justin.tv off Atdhe.net was the only good stream. Those "vshare" links that are completely dominating FromSport and LiveScorehunter are useless. :(
My problem is not having access to Bet365 or Bwin because of my present country. If I could get a decent stream like one of those, I'd be ready to go.
The tests I did with RMC and WMR on Friday for basketball games off Atdhe.net (UStream and Nova Sports) were fantastic and I thought I was ready to go and do a good test run today. But for some reason, the Tennis streams were all terrible yesterday. I can record just about anything other than Indian Wellls. lol :(
I accessed BWIN and Bet365 via a UK Proxy today, but it was VERY slow. I couldn't tell if that would work because no live vids are currently available, but that may be my last ditch effort unless I can find a decent stream somewhere else.
The crazy part is that Replay Media Catcher works great on the Challenger tournaments currently up in Livescorehunter. I can download those ones. lol Jaksta just records the stream and doesn't get the great resolution of a downloader like RMC or WMR.
If I can get the vids downloaded, I will have no problems taking it from there and converting the videos to mp4 and uploading them to megaupload.

Ok, I'm downloading version 3.01 now and will give that a shot too. Who knows? That is version Andvari uses too. Maybe it is better than the 3.11 version I have now. :) You may delete link now.

Ok, I've downloaded it. Maybe that is why I haven't been that impressed with it. The version numbers seemed similar too. But the thing I've been using is the "Catcher" and not the "Capture". I'll let you know how my tests go.

VShare is absolutely terrible, even just for watching itself. I hate the ad pop-ups that blur the screen every couple of minutes. I have no idea how the ads affect the recording, or whether it would.
Ahhh... Replay Video Capture is the same concept as Jaksta, Krystle. Yes, that is the thing that is working for me, and Justin.tv and UStream are the streams that have worked. I think Bet365 and typically anything other than Justin.tv and Vshare can be downloaded, and that is how Andvari gets those crystal clear vids (I think he uses "Catcher" and not "Capture").
I'll give this one a try in place of Jaksta tomorrow. But if Andvari is at work, and I upload the match, I want everyone to be prepared for a passable vid that might be of a lower quality and not a great one like the ones Andvari makes. lol
Vshare is getting worse, Krystle. A few of their links now come up with several Advertisements including those ones that make you have to close several pop-ups ala malicious adware. And yes, how the heck are you supposed to watch the match when you are clicking on "Continue" buttons and the stream gets all fuzzy?! :( Last, but not least, they tease the WM Recorder and RM Cather rtmp downloaders by starting to download for 10 seconds and then timing out the download. I couldn't get a clip longer than 7 or 8 seconds off vshare. I have about 50 separate useless clips from matches before I gave up and went with Jaksta off stream (Justin.tv link) on Atdhe.net. That was the only great stream I could find yesterday. bu
If you've played with one of the RTMP downloaders (RM Catcher and WM Recorder are the top two), you realize that they download vids that are much better than what see when you watch a stream live. That is why I've wanted one of the downloaders to work so badly, and went to Jaksta as back-up plan. It just records what I see probably like Replay Video Capture I'm guessing.

Ok, I just logged into Bet365 via a UK proxy, and got Replay Media Capture (the downloader. I will try WM Recorder to see if it will download too) to work on a Basketball game. I may give that a shot later today. The quality of the video was outstanding. Hard to believe from how slow I was going that it was able to do anything. lol

I just figured out something that might help you out, although it might be easier to just spend the money and get tennis.tv streams.
I was able to log on to Bet365 via a UK Proxy and just recorded about 5 minutes of coverage on WM Recorder before it timed out. However, once I have the rtmp URL in the Recording Window of WM Recorder (I noticed in your post in the other thread you use that tool too), I can disconnect from the Proxy and just keep downloading the football match I'm testing by right-clicking on the File name ( wabuk_ch2@6182_427988843 in this case) in the WM Recording Window, and clicking "Record Again". It will reconnect to the match and start downloading the resto of the match immediately.
I've replayed the flv files and they are sequential and therefore "Download Again" gets what is going on live, it doesn't re-tape what you already have. So you just need that rtmp URL and don't have to be actually watching the match on the site that you get the URL from. So if you get it, you can watch on Justin.tv while downloading a quality copy at the same time.
